To respond to the call of saving energy, reducing consumption and creating green casting in national "12th Five-year Plan", thoroughly change the current situations of poor working conditions and large damages to the environment in the casting industry, promote the industrial structure optimization and improve the core competitiveness of products, Guoyu is based on reality, gives full play to our own advantages, takes the strategy of going out actively, actively introduces international advanced technologies and transforms our own backward production capacity with the great support of Vermicular Graphite Cast Iron Group Company, to upgrade and update the products. In May 2015, our company reached the cooperation intention with Nippon Share Seiki Industry Co., Ltd., and successfully introduced the most advanced V-process production line in the present world from the central region of Shandong Province.
This project has been officially invested for construction since December 2010, with the total investment of more than RMB 30 million after half a year. The newly built plant covering an area of 10,555m2 smoothly realized trial production until the end of May, 2011. A complete set of equipment on this production line is composed of modeling, sand conditioning, dust removal, vacuum and electrical control systems as well as a core making department and a smelting department; more than 30 pieces of large and small equipment are imported from SINTOKOGIO, LTD. with original packaging, and feature good quality and high production automation degree; in addition, Nippon Share Seiki Industry Co., Ltd. carries out whole-process technical tracking guidance for equipment installation, production, testing, quality inspection and various other links, to guarantee the product quality comprehensively. This set of production line is mainly used for producing forklift counterweights with the weight of less than 3 tons as well as more than ten kinds of models, achieving the annual productivity of 60,000 tons after continuous production. In particular, Guoyu has smoothly passed the strict quality inspection of Mitsubishi, becoming one of forklift counterweight production bases of Mitsubishi in China. At present, our products are mainly sold to Japan, U.S., Netherlands, Dalian and other places besides the supply to Mitsubishi.
Originating from Japan, V-process is also called vacuum sealed moulding process which is abbreviated into V-process because of "Vacuum". V-process is very different from the traditional sand casting methods, and is a physical moulding process. By the process, vacuum technologies are combined with sand casting; the original sand without moisture and adhesive is used for moulding; the cavity surface and back surface of a sand mould are sealed by plastic films; negative pressure is generated by air pumping of a vacuum pump to form internal and external pressure of the sand mould to tightly shape up the moulding sand; castings are solidified through core setting, mould assembling and pouring, to relieve the negative pressure or stop the air pumping, so the moulding sand is scattered with it, thus obtaining the castings. Compared with the traditional casting, V-process has the following absolute advantages: I. Adhesives are not used, and shakeout is easy and convenient to realize, so the losses of moulding materials are reduced to the lowest extent, and the sand recovery can reach over 95%, thus substantially reducing waste sand and greatly reducing the production cost and labor intensity. II. By V-process, the defects of casting mismatch, fash and so on are eliminated; the produced castings feature high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface, low shot blasting cleaning quantity, small weight difference of castings, high metal utilization rate and remarkable economic benefits. III. Pulverized coal and the baking type are not used any more, so the consumption of coal and electricity is reduced; the traditional resin sand is eliminated, which has greatly reduced the emission of harmful gases, thoroughly changed the smoky atmosphere of the traditional casting workshops and realized the dream of "Dustless Air, Sand-free Ground" in the casting industry, actually realizing clean production.
